Sounds and Sights Festival hits Chelsea this weekend

Chelsea’s Sounds & Sights Festival kicks off Thursday night with a big night of music. The festival continues through the weekend with daily and nightly activities including several new at-tractions and some old favorites. The event is sponsored by the Chelsea Downtown Development Authority with support from Chelsea State Bank and Chelsea Milling, Co.

Thursday night features a full line up of Sounds & Sights performers including Kittie Donohoe, Five Miles More and Chelsea’s own Clean Beats, The Dorkestra and Coconut Radio. Under the big tent behind the Common Grill another local favorite, the Ben Daniels Band, opens for techno-pop duo Champions of Breakfast, followed by the nationally recognized group, My Dear Disco.
